11:54 am - Oh My Goth

Oh my goth, this community is completely gorgeous. I'm not really sure if there's much of a point to it, but still. Queer diabetics rock (well, I would say that). I'm also a member of insulin_whores, so you can probably guess I just generally love people who know how to take the piss out of themselves.

Hello, fellow type one diabetic queers.
Please feel free to leave a quick bio about yourself, or better yet, a poem of some kind.
Pictures are good, too, as long as they relate to diabetes.

i'm J, or Justin, or Fishy.
Am 29 years old, living in Portland, oregon.
I was diagnosed with diabetes is 1982, and had to jab my self with enormous daggers to check my sugar levels.
My first awarness of being "different" was when Maria from Sesame Street made me feel funny while watching that show.
Since then, I have had a thing for curly haired Latina women.
I identify as a genderqueer dragking grrlyboy.
I have a girlfriend, and a cat who is the cat's meow.

That's about it for now.

current mood: calm
